If your parents drop spots in Hopping In (and you allow a commission to be paid) then Hopping In will send payment to the parents via ACH. 

Parents are paid for their spots only after a spot has moved to the completed status. This means that not only has the spot been sold but that it has actually been used by another child. 

Payouts to parents usually take 3-5 days but might be extended due to limitations in the banking systems. If you have any questions about payments to parents drop us a line at support@hoppingin.com.
