If you're a daycare then you might see that some requests are marked as "Approved" while others are marked as "Fulfilled" and yet others as "Completed," but what is the difference between these statuses?
The APPROVED status is a temporary status that only a daycare can see. It means that the daycare has allowed a kid to do something (pick up a spot) but that it can’t move to Fulfilled because there is something halting the possible transactions. For example, maybe a child has been approved for a standby spot but there’s not yet a spot actually available. Since no spot is available it can't move to "Fulfilled" and will just remain in "Approved."
The FULFILLED status is also temporary and means that whatever you were waiting on has been fulfilled but hasn’t yet completed. For example, a child has picked up a spot (not standby) but that day hasn't come yet. When that day comes the status will move to...
COMPLETED - this is a final status meaning that the transaction in all parts has completed and the kid is in the daycare.
