Inviting parents to your daycare on Hopping In is important because it makes it easier for you to fill open capacity in your daycare. Further, inviting parents and updating their status makes it easier for you to utilize the platform with less manual interaction.

While you can always invite parents to sign up directly at hoppingin.com/sign_up, Hopping In gives you a couple of nifty tools to make this easier.

To get this started click the Invite Parents button on the Dashboard.

 

This button will open a modal providing you with different options to invite parents.

This includes emailing a parent directly, providing them a link that you can send them via email or embed on your website or email marketing, a QR code that you can attach to marketing or have parents scan in your daycare, and last but certainly not least an option to download a flyer that has all of this information on it. You can print this flyer and hang it wherever you like!
