If a parents sends a request for pickup or drop in the wrong room you, as the daycare, can easily fix this for them. Here's how:
- Navigate over to the the Booking Requests page on your dashboard
- Find the request that you need to update
- Click "Edit"
- You should now be able to click the room that the request was made in and update it to the right room
If you don't see the room that you want the request to be in there then make sure that the age of the child and the room ages are set up properly and are valid.
Voila - just like that!
